They are nicely-constructed for the price and have a smooth operation. Granted they are not in the league of Pella but if you are on a budget these windows are very very nice. The order experience at HD was smooth and easy and the windows actually arrived ahead of schedule. They were well-packed and arrived at my local score in pristine condition. With the help of a friend I was able to install both windows very effectively and they fit nicely into the rough openings with just minor shimming and tweaking.
