This whiskey is called “Triple wood” because it has passed its maturation process three different barrels. For starters it is aged in oak bourbon. Then poured into small barrels made that accelerates ripening; and to finish the whiskey gets full maturation going through a European oak barrels. Creamy Taste mouth flavors of vanilla and fruit with a touch of sweet sherry. With a little water the smell of peat softens allowing the most complex flavors of citrus and spices stand out. A slight taste of European oak balances the creamy white American oak. Mouth full with a long finish.
