The rails are already cut and drilled so all you need to do is insert balusters and attach to posts. Railing designed to work on stairs that have a 10-inch run and 6-3/4 inch rise for a 34-degree angle. Pressure-treated Southern yellow pine resists bugs and rot. It’s kiln dried after treatment KDAT for improved stability. Wood is treated with micronized copper azole. Although the wood is treated with cedar-tone colorant you can stain or paint it if you wish.
