The MET Trenta Carbon road helmet has been created to mark the brand’s 30th anniversary and is the most advanced road cycling helmet they have ever made. MET’s 3K Carbon Technology has made it possible to reduce the density of the EPS foam by 20% without affecting its ability to absorb energy. A carbon cage embedded in the liner links the parallel ribs from the centre so it’s significantly lighter than others in its class. The Trenta Carbon’s tube-shaped tail and internal channelling mean you benefit from up to 7% less drag compared to a more traditional road helmet.
