Just fill them with sand and place them on the “legs” of the station as you can see on the image. The sand bags will weigh apx 60lbs each once you fill them. The legs are about 4 ft away from each. Each leg is about 30″ long and they can extend an additional apx 12″-15″ This stand is perfect for home use because it is space sufficient and the base is triangular therefore it can be placed in a corner which then the legs would go next of the sides of the walls and the bag is being ” pushed out” towards you about 3ft away from the pole of the stand.
